Corn on the Cob
IngredientsAt least one ear of fresh picked corn with husk on for each serving.
Soak corn in water for an hour at least to make sure husk is good and wet.
This is usually done on a BBQ grill but works get in the kitchen oven as well.
Pop into a 350 degree preheated oven until husk begin to look dried and start to turn brown. We only need to steam the corn.
Remove hot corn from oven, protect your hands the ears will be hot and remove husk.
Butter the corn and add salt/pepper as desired.
