1 Pkg. Lasagne Noodles
1 Pt. Cottage Cheese
1 Sm. Cream Cheese
1 Lb. Hamberger
1 Onion chooped
1 Green Pepper chopped
1 Can Tomato Sauce
3/4 Tsp. Oregano
3/4 Tsp. Sweet Basil
3/4 Tsp. Rosemary
2 Cups Tomato Juice
Generouse dash of Tabasco Sause

Combine sauce ingredients and simmer 2 hours. (add more juice if it becomes to thick)
During the last 20 minutes cooking time, boil noodles in salt water.
Combine the two cheeses.
In a large baking dish, place first layer of noodles, a layer of cheese, and a layer of sauce.
Repeat layers ending with sauce.
Bake at 350 deg. for 1 hour.
During the last few minutes before serving sprinkle shredded Parmasan*  cheese and return to oven to heat.
       (*Mozzarella cheese is good also.)

Serve with green salad and hot garlic bread.

This dish is even better warmed over next day.
