Peaches and Cream Cheese Cake

Ingredients

1 pkg. (3oz) softened cream of cheese
cups butter (1stick)
1 cup sugar
1 cup flower
1 tsp. baking powder
cup sour cream
3 eggs
tsp. salt
1 tsp. vanilla
1 tbsp peach syrup
1 can (29oz) peach slices



Preparation

Cream together cheese and 1/3 cups sugar
Beat in cup sour cream and add 1egg and tsp. salt
Mix well and set aside
Cream together butter with remaining sugar and add remaining eggs, beat well
Combine flour, Baking powder, and remaining salt
Add to creamed mixture and mix well
Stir in vanilla and peach syrup.
Spread evenly on bottom and sides of greased and flowred 10” pie pan
Spoon cheese mixture on top
Bake at 325 degrees for 30-35 minutes
Remove from oven

Topping
Drain peach slices and arrange on top of cake
Blend 1 cup sour cream with brown sugar and spoon over peaches
Continue baking for 5 minutes
Chill before serving   8-10 servings
